Social Media Platforms
SocialFlow connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. When you connect an account, here is what we access and how we handle your data:
When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we request permission to manage posts on your behalf. We store your Page access token securely on our servers to publish content you create. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, private messages, or friend list. We only access data necessary to publish posts and read engagement metrics on your connected Pages.

You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from your dashboard settings. When you disconnect, we revoke the access token with Meta and delete your stored credentials. You can also remove SocialFlow from your Facebook App Settings, which will trigger automatic data deletion on our end.
